This is a depiction of Dysaphis Devecta, commonly known as the Rosy Apple Aphid. It is the scourge of just about every apple farmer on the planet. This one sold at Art Lending of Ottada in September, 2018.

Michael Arthur Goguen : Canadian artist Born: July 10, 1967 I am a self-taught artist who first began drawing when I was old enough to hold a crayon. By the later school grades and into junior High School, my artwork consisted primarily of graphite pencil sketching which I very much enjoyed. However, I wished to add colour to my art as well as start using materials which I perceived, at the time, to be more permanent than pencil on paper(with my limited knowledge, at the time, about paper quality).
